Golf condos in East Naples where the golf is part of the HOA, so there are no greens fees. Two 18-hole courses, nine heated pools, twelve pickleball courts, six clay tennis courts, and a clubhouse with a dining room.

On my listing here, the $1,094 monthly fee also covered water, sewer, internet and cable. It's one of the few ways to live on a golf course in Naples under $200,000. Ask me what each building's fee covers before you compare prices.
